Fully Furnished

42N student housing is fully furnished, making resident moves and lives easier. Our kitchens include ample cabinet space and energy-efficient appliances. Communal areas include a dining table, a smart tv in the living room, and barstools. Bedrooms come with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair.

Individual Leasing

We offer leases by the bed, not by the unit. This means each resident signs their own lease, giving you flexibility, financial security, and simplified transitions. Experience the comfort and assurance of a lease designed specifically for you.

Management And Maintenance

Our on-site team is what makes the whole community work. Our team is on-call all day and after hours, so residents always have access to someone who can quickly help resolve issues. We are proud to employ such dedicated and hard-working individuals. Additionally, we have on-site Community Concierges available 24-hours a day. From move-in to move-out, we want your experience with us to be seamless.

Roommate Matching

Our roommate matching service is available for free upon request. Our team takes the time to get to know our future residents by reviewing their profiles. From there, we personally match them with roommates that have shared interests, study and sleep habits, majors, and more.

Student-Centered Community

Building community is what we do best. Our lifestyle programming activates our residents by hosting experiences at the property. From meeting new people through shared experiences, personal and professional development opportunities, and exercise in our on-site fitness center or outdoor pool, we’ve thought of everything to help them thrive. When it’s time to focus, students can use our private and semi-private common areas to get their work done. In their apartment, we installed solid-core bedroom doors to help minimize distractions.

Leases are based on the individual, not the unit. We offer leases by the bed, rather than by the unit, giving the resident the flexibility and peace of mind when signing with us.

To help ensure all our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we require everyone to complete a third-party screening and review process. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgements and accurate pet/animal records.

There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $30 pet rent for any registered pet on site. There is no ($0) charge for an assistant animal accommodation request and no ($0) charge for a ‘No Pet/Animal’ profile. Please visit 42n.petscreening.com to get started.

42N offers standard and reserved parking options to residents. Reserved spots will be numbered and labeled as ‘Reserved’ and assigned to each participating resident. Standard spots will be unmarked. All residents that are parking their vehicles must have a 42N issued parking pass coinciding with the current lease term. Visitors must park in spots clearly and visibly marked ‘Visitor’; violators will be towed.
